Processing Time All items are made to order and require 5–7 business days to produce before shipping. This is in addition to transit time.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all US orders over $35
- Standard shipping: $5.00 (estimated 3–5 business days in transit)
- Express shipping: $10.00 (estimated 2–3 business days in transit)
Total Delivery Time Please allow 8–14 business days from order date for standard delivery. Express shipping reduces transit time but production time remains the same.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and package size.
Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your email] within 30 days of your order date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
