Refund & Returns Policy — TJ's Fab Lab Creations

All items are made to order and 3D printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selections.

We do cover:

  • Items damaged during shipping (please send a photo within 7 days of delivery)
  • Defective prints that don't match the product description

We do not cover:

  • Color variations due to monitor settings or filament batch differences
  • Minor variations inherent to the handmade nature of 3D printing
  • Orders where incorrect customization details were provided at checkout
